Gawker Responds To Hogan Lawsuit, Video Of Davari's Train Choke Out
– Gawker Media has responded to Hulk Hogan’s $100 million lawsuit stemming from their Gawker.com site posting a preview clip of Hulk Hogan’s sex tape. Gawker attorney Cameron Stracher told Reuters on Wednesday that he expects the case to be thrown out becausethe lawsuit is baseless.
“He’s having sex with another man’s wife in another man’s home,” said Stratcher. “I’m not sure it’s reasonable to say he has an expectation of privacy under the circumstances.”
The sex tape footage remains online at Gawker.com, despite Hogan’s camp serving Gawker with a cease and desist request.
